apparently there is a problem with the encryption of part 1 of the Dave Seaman Cd.

use winRar to repair the archive (Command-Repair or Ctrl-R)
Save to a new location and extract again - this time part two will have the problem(?) but part one will extract.
Yes this with repair works!
Tip: first axtract part two. Then repair prt one and extract it as well. When you are prompt for browse, when you are extracting par 1, just hit cancel and there you go.
Works for me!
